We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using this website. This Privacy Statement deals with personally identifiable information (also referred to as “data” below) that may be collected by us on this site and our associated social media channels. This statement does not apply to any other entities that we do not own or control, including any external sites linked to from this site.

1. Collection of Data.

Participation to our social media requires a valid email address and admittance by a nominated administrator before access  is allowed.

Our mailing list registration is a manual process and only requires an e-mail address. E-mail address are NOT SHARED with ANY outside agency. Only the executive committee have access to be able to generate mailing list e-mails.

Like many websites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Information about how advertising may be served on this site (if at all) is set forth below.

2. Use of Data.

We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will make every effort to ensure that your Data is not provided to any third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this Privacy Statement; (ii) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out of a particular request; (iii) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider; (iv) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement; (v) we find that your use of this site violates our this Policy, other usage guidelines or as deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property. Like many websites, we set and use cookies to enhance your user experience (such as retaining your personal settings). Advertisements that may appear on the web site will not set and/or access cookies on your computer.  and is subject to the privacy policy of those parties providing the advertisement.

4. Photographs.

By providing photographs to the site, either via social media or associated 3rd party sites (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.) you are implicitly agreeing to allow said photographs to be used on this site. However, should any photograph be used, which you wish to be remove, please email [email protected] Whilst we would like to use your picture we also wish to respect your wish for privacy. Photos posted on external sites (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) are posted subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of the individual services. Please ensure you are fully cognisant such BEFORE posting.

5. Editing or Deleting Your Account Information.

Content or other data that you may have provided to us (such as posts on social media) may  remain on our site even though you have left any given communication channel or resigned from the club.  If requested, our webmaster will endeavour to remove any given item of data.
